For developers who want to draft, preview, and publish from the agent they already use.
X API usage and your coding agent are separate costs. Hosted access requires an allowed email and server URL.

Prefer to run it yourself?
Self-host the server with your own X app, domain, database, and keys. You cover infrastructure and X usage, and take care of operating the service.

Coming next / Paid creator beta
For creators who want to use capx café without registering their own X developer app. Your agent still writes; capx café guards and publishes.
The creator beta is not open yet. These are planned monthly prices in USD. Join the waitlist for access when it opens; there is no checkout today.

$35 / month
A larger shared allowance across accounts.
Every sent post counts toward the total. Feature allowances sit inside that total.
| Monthly allowance | Short · $5 | Tall · $15 | Grande · $35 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total posts | 70 | 200 | 500 |
| Posts with links | Not included | 25 | 50 |
| Posts with media | 10 | 30 | 100 |
| Threads | Not included | 10 | Within total posts |
| Active loops | 0 | 3 | Up to 21 |
| X accounts | 1 | 2 | 5 |
Allowances are shared across a plan’s accounts and use UTC calendar-month cycles. Grande’s “unlimited*” loops allowance has a safety ceiling of 21 active loops. No trials or discounts are planned for the beta.
A real example
A Tall post with both a link and an image uses one of 200 total posts, one of 25 link posts, and one of 30 media posts. Those allowances do not add up to 255 separate posts.
A four-post thread uses four total posts and one thread allowance. Each post is checked separately. A preview does not publish or use a send allowance.
A little extra when you need it
Packs stack and expire at the end of the current cycle. Each tops up its own category; a link or thread pack does not add total posts. Packs cannot unlock features excluded from a plan.
Before you choose
Yes. The developer option uses your own X app. You need a compatible coding agent, Node ≥ 22.6, an allowed email, and the server URL. Ask about hosted access or self-host.
No. It is a deployment choice for the open-source server. You pay for your infrastructure, your X API usage, and your agent as applicable. You also become the operator responsible for keys, updates, and the service.
A send needing that category cannot proceed until allowance is available. For the planned creator beta, eligible packs can add capacity for the current cycle. A pack never removes the Short plan’s restrictions on links or threads.
A loop publishes prepared posts on a recurring server-side schedule. Loops require a verified X account at least 30 days old and must meet account eligibility checks. Safety caps of 10 posts/hour and 40/day per account apply across both lanes, even when monthly allowance remains. These are ceilings, not recommended posting targets.
A thread contains at most 10 posts. Thread posts cannot contain URLs. Quote reposts are not supported, and replies can only chain onto your own posts. Each post in a thread consumes a total-post allowance on creator plans.
Your coding agent writes the content using the context you provide. capx café provides publishing tools and guardrails. An agent subscription or model usage is separate from the planned creator prices.
It checks post text and publishing conditions. It does not inspect attached images or videos, and a passing verdict is not a guarantee of accuracy or good judgment. See built-in safety and the full security model.
